You may now build in the South-East quarter of the city (The quarter with Fort Knox, the Smelter and the Hotel)

Just keep in mind, these will be YOUR builds. You can not use materials from Fort Knox to build anything in those areas, you must collect everything on your own! I encourage you to build shops (or shop/house hybrids), be fun if the S.E area was the shopping center of town.

Also be mindful of the city building rules, please do not build anything higher than the hotel (in the future: Higher than City Hall, but it doesn't exist yet), keep your basements only 2 levels deep maximum and please keep your builds a respectable size. We don't need any megamalls! Rule of thumb: Try to keep them at a maximum of around half the size of Axman's smelter, if you need more space just ask. :)

Other than that, have fun populating the city!
