Ray, thanks for creating this amazing platform and all the hard work.
I'd be really sad to say goodbye forever. We have to stay together and play Minecraft again! There has to be a way.

It's exciting your Pixel Castles project is doing so well, Ray. I understand about having to make hard choices regarding time.
I very much hope someone gets a server going, even if it's brand new blank world. I would be happy to contribute monetarily to upkeep.

Sad to see this happen but I understand the reasons behind it. I am about to do the same for my virtual airline (which has been around since 2001). It is really hard to keep a community active these days.
Thanks for all you've done for the 60Gig community Ray. I wish you great success in RPC project.
I sincerely hope we find another place to play as a group since I have really come to enjoy spending time with all the folks here.

Thanks for everything, Ray. Some of the people I've met here have turned out to be some of the best friends I've ever had.
Good times. Good memories.

Thanks Ray for creating this great server. It's completely understandable that you feel the way you do. I imagine it's hard to maintain the energy and commitment that a server requires (especially with new versions of the game constantly being released).
Best of luck with RPC and your other future endeavours.

Thanks Ray - for everything. And the rest of you too.
Sad, but, things do have to change, and in the end a game, even one as good as this has been, is still a game, and life must still take centre stage.
This hasn't just been the best run MC server, it's been the best run server of any game I've played (about 300+) and better run than most businesses and governments too. It's a credit to you and your ginger admins
Everytime I play lego's with my friends kids, I'll remember this lovely world and the evil that was building that rail line
Take care all. Will def drop in for that server/map upload
