Ray, thanks for creating this amazing platform and all the hard work.

I'd be really sad to say goodbye forever. We have to stay together and play Minecraft again! There has to be a way.

It's exciting your Pixel Castles project is doing so well, Ray. I understand about having to make hard choices regarding time.

I very much hope someone gets a server going, even if it's brand new blank world. I would be happy to contribute monetarily to upkeep.

I second that, just need to find someone to do Ray's old job.

Thanks, Ray. I lose count of how long I've been here, at least a couple of years, it's been a lot of fun with a great community. Good luck with everything.

Ray... Thank you. MC only really came alive for me when playing online, and 60G was the perfect place for that. Good memories.

All the best with your future endeavours.

Sad to see this happen but I understand the reasons behind it. I am about to do the same for my virtual airline (which has been around since 2001). It is really hard to keep a community active these days.

Thanks for all you've done for the 60Gig community Ray. I wish you great success in RPC project.

I sincerely hope we find another place to play as a group since I have really come to enjoy spending time with all the folks here.

Thanks for everything, Ray.  Some of the people I've met here have turned out to be some of the best friends I've ever had.

Good times.  Good memories.

Thanks Ray for creating this great server. It's completely understandable that you feel the way you do. I imagine it's hard to maintain the energy and commitment that a server requires (especially with new versions of the game constantly being released).

Best of luck with RPC and your other future endeavours.

Thanks Ray - the experience has been great and I think most of us will have a tough time finding a new home as good as this. Good Luck and Happy Trails!

Thank you Ray, for all you have given us.
Your generosity is truly a rare thing in this world.
You've helped a lot of us to make some good friends.
My hats off to you, sir.
So long and thanks for all the fish!

Thanks for all you've done Ray, I have enjoyed what time I could get here. To everyone I've met here I'm glad I've had the opportunity to meet you and spend some quality MC time with you.

Sad times. But like it goes... All good things must come to an end.

Best of luck for the future Ray, and thanks for giving us all the opportunity to experience a properly run mine craft experience. I'll greatly miss it.

Thanks Ray - for everything.  And the rest of you too.

Sad, but, things do have to change, and in the end a game, even one as good as this has been, is still a game, and life must still take centre stage.

This hasn't just been the best run MC server, it's been the best run server of any game I've played (about 300+) and better run than most businesses and governments too.  It's a credit to you and your ginger admins :D

Everytime I play lego's with my friends kids, I'll remember this lovely world and the evil that was building that rail line :)

Take care all.  Will def drop in for that server/map upload

You have fostered the creation of a true home in the scary world of Minecraft Multiplayer servers. There's little more heroic than that feat Ray.
