Sycokinetic

Well I've been playing on the server for a few days now (love it) and have talked to several of you already, so I guess now's a good time to tell you guys about myself. At the moment I am 16 (17 next week) and am a rising high school senior. In school, I prefer the math, science, and computer courses and hope to go into neurology after college. Outside of school, I have a tendency to just get into everything ranging from street magic to digital art to some basic web design.

I'm still relatively new to Minecraft. I got the game when it was in version 1.4 (not sure how long ago that was), but I went offline right about the time version 1.5 came out. I didn't play again until 1.7. I haven't stayed on any one server long enough to build anything remarkable, so hopefully I'll finally be able to make something cool on this server.

Why I want to join: I've been looking around for a good server for a while now. I was in one that seemed fine until an admin went on a power trip that ended in him destroying everything (including the website). From the looks of the website, the thread on the Minecraft Forums, and the posts in the Quick-Chat and forums; this server looks like it is run very professionally and has members that I'll be glad to know. I also like the organization. One of the things that has always annoyed me is how I usually have to hunt for a place to build safely. This server provides a solution to that by giving members their own plot that only they can build on.

Note: Gokurahn is a good friend of mine whom I've known for over a year now (outside of Minecraft). He's been a great help to me in the past, and I linked him to this server in the hopes that he won't have to go through all the searching I had to. He just got the game a few days ago and doesn't know some concepts, but I've made sure he understands what griefing is.
