Ray, do you really think that Ant was thinking only about his "half-built" temple? Really? We've talked about Panem, Coooooogzy, Katie, Simon, Ziggii (who just rebuilt her map after a reset), etc and how crappy it is for everyone to lose everything that they've built. I know it's not the first time, and some people might not care, but some do. In order to not upset the herd, people tend to keep their mouth shut. Ant is not one of those people. He's not always completely tactful, but he gets his point across. Is he "scum" for having an opinion? I don't think so. Of course, I might be a little biased, but everyone is entitled to an opinion and should be able to voice it. I honestly don't see how having 60-ish people on one giant map is going to fix all of the problems with MC right now, but I don't run a server. I was reading some of the questions people had, and the thought of a grinder in every 500-block square is scary. Remember the villagers and the skeletons? Those were on one map. I just hope one map can handle grinders, and auto/semi-auto farms, etc.

No one is disputing that running SG is time-consuming work, but if, Ray, you aren't playing and have no interest in doing so right now, why not create one or two or even a few admin positions to help ease the burden on you? People have offered and there are people here worthy of doing so that I don't think would take the server and run it into the ground. It seems to be that was the biggest issue, that everyone wanted maps reset, nethers, etc. and you just didn't have time (or the desire??) to do all of the things that we wanted. Granted, they were services that you offered to us. We didn't know that you probably secretly wanted to kill us all in our sleep every time we requested something time-consuming. But you did have offers for help. I just don't see why you didn't take people up on it.

Whatever happens, I wish all of you well. Anyone who wants to go into Camel Ot (Nether 2-3, I think) and raid my stuff, have at it. I'm not going to be back. Not because my boyfriend is upset about the direction things are going, but because I am. I'm not mad. It's Ray's server to do whatever he wants with. The thing that drew me to SG, aside from knowing people here, and the existing community, was that we were able to have the maps for ourselves while still chatting it up with everyone on the server. I could go do my own thing, or group up and kill a dragon. But we had a choice. Now we will not. And that is fine for some of you, but not for me. So take care everyone. Good luck!

The Vexed One still lives! Also been busy with hunting down a 1.3 seed, kids, etc. The spawn are back in school now which means Mommy has time to concentrate on her games!

..and if they're not, I really don't have time to ask again, else the people who logged out first will start logging back in before I actually start the reboot. lol.

When to ask us to gtfo the server, I refresh until it says it is back up. Then I hop back on. I still ask if it's safe though.
