I am Mark_Rompton from the city of Chicago Illinois. I am 25 years young and I work in the interior design and architecture industries.
My friends EvilCapulet (who is applying to the server as well) and KnownTK (who you will probably meet soon) are both very talented builders and we all work very well as a team. All three of us have a fairly large city on the MinecraftWB server however, due to excessive lag, poor management and immature server patrons, we have all decided to seek to start a new project on a new server. I think Sixty Gig looks awesome and I can't wait to see what kinds of projects other people have done! In this post, I will post a number of photos of some of the work I have contributed to our city, but I urge you all to look up what EvilCapulet and KnownTK have done as well.
Every last brick that was used to build our city was dug from the ground. Although I am religiously in favor of having to work for your materials, I was wondering about other server commands that we may have access to. One thing that was very handy in MCWB was the /home command as well as being able to lock doors and chests. Does this server do that? Just curious...

This is my suspension bridge. It serves as one of the bridges for our (incomplete) transit system.
This is a picture of my house (On the left) and EvilCapulets house (on the right). you can also see another rail transit bridge below his house that leads into the main train terminal.
This last image is a view inside my house. I will go into more depth about some of the architectural theories I abide to when building in Minecraft later on...
