Heyooh sexy people, I'm John (IGN: Voljub). I'm 25 years old and love me some good ol' MiinKraft. I play a wide range of games, most of them multi-player... I enjoy talking to all the different psychos this world has to offer. Just a few weeks ago I was talking to an Australian, a Brit, and a Norwegian all at the same time. Did I also mention that we were all drunk? Because that makes what happened next even funnier. I'll get back to that later though, where was I? OH right!

So I've been playing tree-puncher simulator since early/mid Beta. First world I generated just about blew my mind. I'm talking massive land bridges over deep valleys. It was like extreme hills... if extreme hills wasn't terrible. So I never learned what to actually do at this point in the game... all I could manage was punching things, so I punched some cows and realized how simple the act of butchering was in game compared to reality, setting my expectations of realism for the rest of my play time. Eventually I noticed that it was rather hard to see in that particular field I had been frolicking through. I turned just in time to see a friendly skeleton as he and his friends lodged some pointy sticks into my eye sockets. Several rage quits and a visit to the Wiki page later I found out about this crazy new thing called "hold the left button down you git" which really helped me in the long run let me tell you! Later on I got real interested in the video tutorials for all the crazy contraptions you could make. I don't particularly enjoy redstone, but some of the gadgets you can use it for were too good for me to resist. I put together a crude industrial cooker with the new hoppers, some tracks, and a chest cart. Then after some tweaks I scaled it up about 50 times and connected it to a massive ore silo using trapped chests to activate a redstone current to some lamps to tell me about how much I got.

I do tend to get sidetracked... a lot... I'll be building my tower and realize "Damn, I need to repair my pick". So I head on over to my skelle spawner and start to grind out the levels when I notice "Hmmm, the fall should have dropped these mobs down to 1 HP".  So I stop the spawner and climb to the top to see what the problem is, and figure... "Maybe if I raise the drop by another block it'll shave off a little more health?". 2 hours later I'm in the nether trying to farm Ghast tears because I need the regeneration potion to kill the Wither boss to get the star to power the beacon to give myself the Strength buff to fight off the hordes of mobs that are making my poor old tower their new home.

I'm getting off topic again aren't I? I own and operate 2 farms here in Pennsylvania. No livestock though... I'll tell ya keeping a horse is a LOT more trouble than its worth. You can ride them sure, but you can't really do anything else with em. We already have a massive plow on the tractor, why would we waste time doing it one row at a time with a horse that moves 1/100th the speed and needs to rest/eat/drink?

So the other day a buddy and I were talking about texture packs, I told him about this one I got off of the Curse client and he should take a look at. He Googles the name and tells me that they got an entire server! "Well hot damn" I say, I just picked it up off Curse because it looked good. I had no idea it had an entire server behind it, So here I am.

Now, I don't have any strong preference for arbitrary morals that would restrict a mans speech, but I can see what kind of community you are going for here and I can respect that. In the past I have been prone to saying exactly what I think of a given situation.

I'm relatively sure I covered all the bases. If you have any questions go ahead and throw them down right here, I'll address em' as I see em'.
