...newly 18 year old chill dude from Southern California, I've been playing for about 5 years. I play games most of my free time, and now that I don't go to school that's pretty much all day every day, at least until I get off my lazy ass and get a job soon.....

Indeed, 18 is rather late to still not have a job :D Do you have future plans/aspirations?

...but as of late I've been feeling increasingly out of touch with the majority of people who play this game (namely the younger demographic) and I've been jonesing for some nice conversation...

Yes quite, you should certainly find those desires met (for the most part) here.

...I'm a huge music junkie, I'm always listening to it. My main focus for the past couple years has been EDM, but I listen to a healthy amount of classic rock, jazz, funk, and some indie stuff it's not too whiney.....

Do you like Nightcore?

...I'm a huge Rooster Teeth fan as well.....

So you enjoyed Rwby?

...I've been playing World of Warcraft since I was 7, and I never get tired of discussing it with other players (hope that's not a turn off)....

It depends, there's a great deal of trash associated in and around that particular game. The stigma of the 'WoW Kid' is indeed far reaching.

I myself used to frequent MMOs (for the last 20 years) I have recently stopped primarily due to the direction of the business model in the more recent decade. More specifically the pay2win, pay2play, one time only/time limited content, micro transaction, lock box and the entire questing methodology. WoW is argued to be largely accountable for all of this. In the more recent years we have our sandbox MMOs that have arisen restoring a little of the old core values. Those are where I now prefer to reside.

Right now I'm planning on applying at pretty much every place by my house so I can move the heck out, I don't really have any plans beyond that. I do love working with wood, so I may follow my family business and become a carpenter

Haven't listened to any Nightcore

As for RWBY, I was super stoked when they first started talking about it, but I kinda lost interest after a while and never bothered watching it.
