Its not mandatory to stay in the hotel, but as EZ said it has some nice perks and is rather cozy.

Well i like hotels so i think i will stay in there for some time, till i get the perfect place to set up my house/base/building thing.

Presumably that there is a minibar i will never leave hotel (don't judge me).

I am not sure if we are permitted to claim plots like that as newcomers / plebs / limbonians, i think Rosleen mentioned something about some hotel for "our kind" till we get further evaluation
