Real Name/Preferred Name: I'm.. actually not super comfortable, wait, scratch that. I'm not comfortable at all using my first name. You can count the people who do that IRL on one hand, and there is usually a genetic link or legal documentation involved. So! Just call me Forest or Hermit. although 'hey You' will work as well.

Age: 40 and some odd*mumble* years. It's just a number right? We needn't be precise. 

Previous Minecraft experience:  My kids found minecraft in the 1.0 era, and they finally convinced me it was more interesting than 'just a few crummy blocks' about the time jungle trees were introduced. I've been playing since,  admittedly usually with modded minecraft, but sometimes I honestly just enjoy building and growing things. Landscaping is a vice of mine.  I don't enjoy singleplayer a whole lot. It gets lonely. And well, when I build something awesome I want to be able to show it to someone. Anyone. >.>.

I have owned and admin-ed my own servers. I have gotten wrangled into Admin-ing on other servers. Moderating on others. Honestly? Nothing kills my faith in the human race faster. I play now for my own enjoyment. And No. Please. Never, ever ask. I don't care if I seem safe sane and responsible, I do not want to be staff. Ever.  MC is my happy place, where I go to unwind. 

Your background:  Lets see. Base stats. Mother of six, Five still at home (+1).

Served in the US NAVY during the gulf war. Met my husband playing Lazer tag in the United Arab Emirates while we were in port. We got married and when we started a family we decided due to the usuall crap 'n inequality in gender promotions, advancement and pay we decided he would stay in and I would get out after my tour and raise kids. 

We bought a home in the Puget sound region of Washington state with a little bit of land. I bought a few chickens, Few goats. Some cats, some rabbits, a dog, several goldfish..

That was twenty years ago.

The rest as they say is history. He's retired now and we are still farming and gaming.

I've been gaming ever since I settled down. MMOS, FPS. Tried everything once.  Our family has a tradition of 'the Thanksgiving Lan Game' where everyone in the extended family brings computers and we shamelessly nerd out in between eating ALL the things. 

Over the years I've developed some pretty strong feelings about human rights, equality, tolerance etc. The one time I've been banned from a minecraft community was because the owner was banning young LGBT individuals, and I Wasn't at all shy on calling him on his bigotry in a rather pointed, if polite, public fashion. ( I won't financially support bigotry and hate groups)

I will state plainly right now if this community is into racist crap, sexist jokes and any kind of gender-identity/orientation phobias I'm not going to be a good fit.  I don't like people being unkind to one another, for any reason really. 

Not much else to be said about me other than I do have a certain level of social anxiety and I will probably torture myself endlessly for having put so much about myself personally in a public forum.
