Hi Everyone,

Since there seems to be no set form, I'll just do my best.

Myself, and my wife, Laceysilver, are interested in joining up with the sixtygig community as we really like what we see on the website here. We have been playing minecraft for only about 3 months now, and have had pretty bad experiences on random multiplayer servers. We want to play with more people than just ourselves, but we also don't want to worry about griefing. I wouldn't mind stealing, but it's the griefing that always happens that upset's me!! We also prefer mostly vanilla SMP gameplay.

So we are both in our mid-30's, and have been a gaming couple for many years, playing such games together as WoW, Rift, Aion, SW:ToR, LoL, and others. We've been in a few clans over the years, and value the friendsships we've made with people all over the world. We have 2 children, the elder of which showed us minecraft, ages 14 and 4. We are both easy to get along with and quite helpful to others in our playstyle. I'm a keen follower of the mindcrack server guys, and this community looks to have that same kind of closeness and trust. Exactly what my wife and I are looking for on a server to play on!

I wish I could show you some epic screenshots of the wild buildings we've built, but sad to say, none of our buildings have been around long enough to complete, without being destroyed in some manner. Suffice to say I build for style and looks, and to make sure things are aesthetically pleasing. I hate seeing destroyer terrain on MP servers, lava towers are particularly ugly in my books. So far, I've built numerous spawn XP traps out of blazes, zombies, spiders, skeletons, and endermen.

In the End, we just don't want to play with all the 11 and 12 year olds out there. We get enough from our teenager, it'd just be nice to play with adults and mature people! We look forward to playing with you all!
