Syronck

Hello, my in game name is Syronck, though I imagine you figured that out from the application title.

My real name is Sam, but in game it's easier for me to go by Sy, Syr, of Syronck. Sam is usually reserved for those I know pretty well, and who know me equally as well, but I'll usually respond to it anyway =)

I'm 21 years old (December 7th, 1991)

Previous Minecraft experience. I've been playing Minecraft since Beta 1.3, so I know quite a bit when it comes to minecraft. I can do some mild redstone work, I'm no redstone engineer, but I know enough to make my contraptions work, though I usually use it seldomly. I used to make houses out of cliffs and mountains, I felt it much easier, and I'd make everything stone and occasionally a wool floor. Then, I went the wooden house route, just build what I want and not worry about breaking out the sides of the mountain. Currently, I really love making stone brick houses with other blocks thrown in, but stone brick nonetheless.

Background: Well, I'm from a somewhat smaller town in the United States, had a pretty good life, never suffered, followed a strict moral and ethic code. I enjoy making people laugh from time to time, and enjoy a good joke. I have a serious outlook on life, though, and by that I mean I take things quite literally, and have trouble understanding sarcasm sometimes, unless it's blatantly obvious. I guess I've started rambling a bit here, so let me get back on track and say from the town I was born in, I moved schools after 5th grade. After that, I became a tad more social, I was a very unsocial person back then, and made a few friends. I'm currently in college, about to graduate, in a year in fact, with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education. To answer the questions that may arise from this, no I am not a math genius, and probably won't help you with your homework ;D . I love playing video games, have been since before I had any cognitive memory, and they are probably my favorite past time. I'm currently single and unemployed (The video games probably aren't assisting me get those, ha ha) but hope to once I've graduated (don't most of us). I also like collecting coins and currency that are foreign or rare. I tend to get excited easily if something interests me, and I have a very competitive attitude, but I really dislike PvP. While on the topic of MC, I must provide fair warning in that I'm obsessed with Lapis Lazuli blocks and will go a tad crazy in obtaining them. I played on Minecraft.dk from May 2011 until now, though the server has changed quite a bit. In fact, my friend Zellcos was the one who mentioned this site to me after our server started going downhill. He in turn heard it from one of your current members, a former player on our server, Rosleen. I would love to provide pictures like he did of my builds on that server, but sadly I never fully completed it. I tend to help building with others, but like building my projects alone or with close friends by my side, which is probably why I never finished in the last server /=) . Let's see... anything else I could mention... I don't take much offence to things unless I find it very personal, but I try to keep a level head in those situations and not get out of control. I would also like to add that, while I don't expect ANY position on here (expecting would be detrimental if I don't get accepted), I was a recruiter (I handle the new players and assist with smaller problems. I had some minor power, but nothing to note) on our old server for a time, until life started getting more important and I was on less frequently.
