I've learned a lot of thing while owning a server, for starters it can be stressful (Somewhat, I'm still only 16 how would I know about real stress, I'm still very ignorant of the real world) you can't just satisfy some people with the rules and regulations you have set up. I had my server setup with modifications so I would have to take the time and effort of fixing corruption in server files. I cannot count how many times I would have to backup the world because of people that exploited the server modifications for malicious use. Being an administrator can be very time consuming (At times), just trying to keep the majority of the users happy can be difficult if you do not have certain features enabled or disabled. 

I've had my fair share of being staff, I don't plan on being a member of staff anywhere. I just want to enjoy the game for what it is, and not worry about the happiness of players again.
