Why you want to join: I began my server experience with alpha servers. I noticed then that the servers were dominated by minors. I left my first server because an 11 year old was made admin and he went on a rampage where he abused his powers and not much was said. My second server was a beta server. I had fun keeping a low profile and mining but, it soon got out that I was a female (my skin kinda gave it away). After getting asked on dates by the 11 year olds, I told them I was too old for them. That leads straight to mocking and even more offers of dates and obscene gestures.
They were kinda cute, so I stuck around while looking at other servers and found one that promised to be mature and female friendly. How cool was that. I was unaware there were servers who were not predominately made up of hormone raging adolescents. I do think kids can be awesome to play minecraft with, but I am tired of being asked out by someone half my age :/. I am currently part of a little private server where everyone is over the age of 21 and we have been working at building a community. The host (her name is Sodur, she is awesome and may be applying with me) does not plan to keep the server up as a long term investment. So I am like a nomad wandering around, but looking for a home.
How you found us: I did a Google search for "Mature Minecraft Server." Your server was number one, and even after reviewing some of the other servers, your server looked like the best.
About me: I am 23 and a female Minecrafter. I am married and my husband has a minecraft account, however his computer is overdue for replacing and I play too much for him to use mine
. We have no two legged children, but we do have several of the 4 footed kind. I love voice chatting while playing the game. I play mostly evenings and nights, and my hours are likely to change when my job hunt is successful. I have a BS in Biology. I hope I get enough vouchers to see you in the game.
